Hi,
I am very disappointed by my renewal this year. My insurance skyrocketed in price, I have a small electric moped and I paid £400 this year for a basic coverage. I have no words, no alternative and zero effort to propose a decent price was done. How could you be proud of that kind of service, I don’t know. From £136 to £440 in one year. My husband has a 600cc petrol motorbike and paid half what I paid for his insurance. My electric bike is worth 10 time less than his bike. I don’t understand.
