The advisor I spoke to was really helpful and took time to explain the types of cover and how much they cost and importantly for me how much excess I would have to pay before letting me decide what was the best for me. I received my policy documents the next day and everything was as I had said on the phone. I have never had insurance before so it was really good for me to have someone go through everything and they were cheaper than everyone else I phoned. Brilliant!!! I will certainly go back to them when I get a bigger bike.
