Sign-up process was easy and someone later contacted me by phone to check I was happy and to warn me that having a Gmail mail account might mean documents etc might end up in my spam folder (which was the case). Can't review their recovery service yet as I haven't had to call upon it, and long may that be the case! However, the person that phoned to check was very helpful explaining how it works etc.
