I am pleased with the insurance offer despite some difficulties as the computer system broke down and I was several times on hold, which was rather expensive as I was calling from Germany.
I also requested to have the insurance details send to my email which I have not received until now. George, who dif finalise my insurance was very helpful but I would very much appreciate if I could receive an online proof of my insurance.
