Have been getting multiple quotes online which originally I didn't go through with, shortly afterwards I missed a phone call from an Lexham agent who left a voicemail asking to call back. I called back with the number provided and got put through to a different agent who didn't know what the call was about as there was no context in the voicemail; they assumed it was a 'courtesy call' by their colleague as I had been getting quotes online. This annoyed me alot as I had gone out of my way to call back, but ended up wasting time as it transpired there was no real purpose to it (assumably other than to make a sale). Later I purchased a policy online. After this I again missed another call from the same agent as before, with almost identical voicemail (Why? I already purchased a policy..). No, I won't call back now I know it'll be a waste of my time.
