Poor customer service, and every time I called it’s nearly 45minutes.
Spoken with agents about issues but no solution was offered. I would not recommend to anyone. Only thing I will say it does come cheaper than most bike insurance.
I am sure someone from IT/Customer relation will reply to this to defend the company as previous review by other people. Shame they didn’t or wanted to resolve the issue earlier.
