The phone clerks were very helpful and friendly, explaining things very clearly. I was very satisfied. There are, however numerous documents one receives that relate to different aspects of the insurance which became quite confusing. It would also be useful to have a one document with a full breakdown of everything that has been paid including the amount for the initial admin fee otherwise one has to look through all the documents. Also labelling each document according to its content would help finding information more easily. Each time I've wanted to find out something about my insurance I've had to open every document.
