I received a renewal letter from Lexham which was followed up by numerous reminders both in the post and online all duplicated. When the time came to renew I wanted to speak to someone but was advised that it was a busy time and there could be a long wait. Subsequently I went online and booked a call-back which was acknowledged on screen. I never received the call back either on the specified day or the following two days. I then tried phoning again but received the same advice that all operators were busy. I then went on line and booked another call-back which was acknowledged. Once again I didn't receive a call back and have still not received one days later. I have since renewed on line which was straight forward but I was expecting an instant email acknowledgement but to no avail. I now have to assume that I am insured.
