They took my first month payment on a new policy without letting me know that I owed them money from a previous insurance policy I had on an old motorbike, which I was unaware off. They emailed me to tell me I owed them X amount and the policy that I just took out would be cancelled if I did not pay the money I owed. I called them and was on the phone for nearly an hour and had still not got through to speak to someone. I hung up and sent an email. Five days later and I still have not had a reply from them. This company's customer service is abysmal.
