Poor management skills and customer service, was trying to get hold of them for 4 days due to an issue from their mistake which is costing £500 if it’s not sorted, was on the hold like for 2 hours and they cut the line before closing time, their opening times say there open on Saturdays but their offices were closed. Stay away from this company for your insurance their quick enough to lie and take money off you but aren’t quick enough to help you sort the issue. Stay away!
