Over 3 months since my accident and still waiting, terrible service AVOID like the plague.
Admittedly my accident was unusual, I actually caught my VW with my Citroën Relay when parking.
But seriously 3 months!!! They appointed Marble Arch Claims who in turn appointed Gerald Conyers.
Still no further.
