I am beyond frustrated with Lexham Insurance. This has been without a doubt the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I’ve been trying for over a week to cancel my policy and get in touch with someone from the cancellation team, but each time I’ve called, I’ve been put on hold for hours—literally hours! I even took the entire day off work today, January 31st, just to resolve this issue, but still no luck.
To make matters worse, I’ve had a stolen bike on a full comprehensive policy, and not only did I never receive compensation, but the excess fee wasn’t clearly communicated to me. I was also never offered an interim bike while mine was stolen, which just adds to the disappointment. On top of all that, I’m now being charged daily storage fees for a bike that was found and is sitting in the pound. This feels like a complete scam.
I’ve already filed a complaint, but it’s like no one cares. I’ve provided a police report, yet they still won’t cancel my policy from the date of the theft. Instead, I’m being dragged through this nightmare with no resolution in sight. If you’re considering Lexham Insurance, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I cannot stress enough how terrible this experience has been. Worst decision I’ve ever made.
Save yourself the hassle and choose a company that actually cares about its customers.
