App only works occasionally it defaults to previous bike, customer service is good but takes ages to answer the phone, they have made some silly mistakes with paperwork (getting my dob wrong), disappointed had a bike stolen and recovered didn't get a payout as excess was high, had to pay out of pocket to get bike back from police recovery and scrap privately
