I called in to cancel a motorcycle policy that had been taken out on the same day but would not come into effect until the 9th of September. Although the time spent in the call queue was oh so long, my patience was amply rewarded when assisted by Jenna (call agent in cancellations department).
She was professional,non judgemental and fully explained the cancellation procedure and ETA of completion.
Very impressed.
