There was system glitch from Lexham and my policy got cancelled and it was reinstated, but the direct debit was not set up for 3 months nor the company bothered to call or inform about it.
The agents have been rude and very keen only to take the payment but no empathy. They talk over you and when you raise your voice little just because you want them to listen to you they hang up. Their team leaders don't work after 4.30pm and I work till 5pm so can't take call during my working hours and they are not bothered at all about how the customer feels.
No professionalism nor have any empathy or courtesy. The agents are so arrogant that they don't even say sorry on the phone. Nor anyone recorded any complaint.
Very disappointed. The wait time is always 30 mi s plus each time you call.
I was ready to make the payment still the agent insisted that only a team leader will now call to take the payment but can't call after 4.30pm where their working hours are upto 6.30pm. The lady was very rude and kept talking over me, but when I did that she refused to continue with the call. How convenient.
I really don't understand how this people are even getting the business.
I would not renew my policy nor I would ever recommend to anyone else.
I never thought that a company will have such sub standard people working for them.
I hope you guys get a good trainer and train your staff on core skills to handle customers.
