I was given a quote by an employee but when I phoned a day or so later to pay for the policy the quote had gone up.
I thought the company was supposed to uphold a quote for 30 days. Apparently the first employee I spoke to did not save my quote so I spent another 20 mins on the phone re-entering all my details not the kinda service i was hoping for
