They are extremely friendly and helpful but still professional. No silly little question is a problem. Having bought insurance from Lexham and unfortunately having to make a claim, I have found their service throughout to be without fault. They really made it as easy as possible to deal with my motorbike being written off, the settlement was quick and very fair. I would totally recommend them and am very happy to continue to use them.
