1. Good to actually speak to someone on the phone without "press this and press that".
2. Everyone we (Mum, me and Auntie) have dealt with have been very helpful and treated us as important - not just another person who wants to take out insurance.
3. Very impressed with last renewal - advised it wasn't worth insuring for fire and theft due to value of bike - so saving me money.
