Firstly, I received a prompt and early reminder that the bike insurance was becoming due for renewal. It was about 4 weeks prior to expiry. The quote was very competitive and the renewal notice and statement of facts was well laid out and easy to follow. Only criticism is that the type-font was very small!!
Once I decided to renew, a simple 10 minute or so phone call was all it took. I spoke to one person only throughout the process and was not "passed around the houses".
The transaction was concluded in this phone call. Simple!
