I think the recovery insurance is a very good idea but when you read through all the information about what it covers and what it doesn't cover, it doesn't do a very good job of selling it. It's not made to sound a very attractive proposition really. When I phoned to upgrade from the complementary cover, It took a few moments before the person I spoke with realized what I was talking about. I think it would be good if you could provide stickers or something with the emergency contact numbers on it to give on the scooter. A great idea that has room for a few improvements.
