Rang to change my details following a job change and update my details in the last few weeks of the insurance cover, which cost approx. £220pa. Was advised that the changes would incur a £41 admin fee, even though I went from a Call Centre Management role, to. Call Centre Management role - then advised if I didn’t pay I might not be insured. Going somewhere else after obtaining some competive (and cheaper) quotes.
Poor experience, staff don’t ring you back as promised and cheaper elsewhere.
