Excellent service from Harriet. Answered all the questions I had about the insurance policy in a clear, easy to understand way. The policy doesn’t have tricky exclusions like other insurance so I don’t feel like the policy has been written to catch me out. For example, being able to park the bike outside (or within 200yds) of the house without invalidating my insurance policy but with an increased excess is useful.
