Was happy with the service I received last year after my bike was hit and wrote off and able to buy it back again. Unfortunately as I could not insure the bike straight away after my policy had ended was 2 months after I have now no discount on my pay monthly payment as i am classed as a new customer I am disapoined about this as I am a returning customer after all.
