Customer service personnel have always been very informative and friendly. I've never had to claim so I'm not sure how Lexham would fare under that situation - hopefully will never have to find out. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when it came to renewal, it was over a £100 more expensive than going in as a new customer! But I did renew with them again as they are the best:-)
