The man I spoke to wasn't exactly rude but he wasn't exactly friendly either. A bit brusque and no nonsense. Made my feel a bit awkward when I was trying to be polite. Nonetheless, the policy got set up without a hitch and my documents were accepted.
If there's ever a need to claim, I'll update this review accordingly. It's a bit difficult to review an insurer who you haven't claimed with - a bit premature - bit they asked for this feedback mere days after my policy started. I would recommend maybe waiting a year or half a year before asking for feedback.
