The process was quick and easy but I did have an issue when I bought the insurance and I didn't have any information when the documents would arrive, the email was a bit plain and for me didn't explain enough about when you would be contacted. But the accuiring the quote and purchasing the insurance was extremely easy. The customer service contact number that you get with the email was very good and the people answering the phone where very helpful.
