Happy with the feedback, attitude, personal service & premium of all the team but a little disappointed with the initial policy documents as the excess was not stated, the 'riding of other bikes' status was not stated, the various modifications were not listed or acknowledged & one (of three) of the registrations was wrong on the covering letters (although all regs were correct on the policy docs).
