Was competitive quote for my 1st year and no problems setting it up and getting policy details.
2nd year quote wasn't as good as I wanted so shopped around and found cheaper.
One criticism is - make sure you are aware that 5 days before due date they will take payment if you don't tell them you want to cancel (it is in small print) I thought I had a few more days to sort so had to ring them to cancel once they had already took money.
