Your agents need to be better trained and your customer services need to learn how to keep the customer updated about the events.
As much as I finally got what I asked for, a lot of hassle was created due to lack of training of your agents and the fact that your customer services said they will call me back and update me soon yet 24 hours later, it was for me to call to and ask what is the latest in order to find out if my insurance went through fine.
