I actually got my Quote online, and then decide to actually call Lexham so i could talk to someone direct regarding my new Quote. Very happy with call handler.... very professional and polite.... importantly someone i could actualy understand.....i feel he did his best to discuss my quote and any extras or further information i needed in respect of Quote. My previous insurance Company failed me miserably.... So far so good with Lexham. Hence the 5star rating!
