The reason I have put poor is because I have requested that my documents are sent to this email address and I am still waiting for them , the request was sent on SUnday and I was beginning to wonder if you had received the request and would have been chasing this up . hOwever as you have sent this review to this email address it is clear you have received my request but not yet acted upon it .
I would appreciate it if my documents relating to this insurance are sent out as soon as possible please
