I have always found Lexham Insurance to be helpful. But, the system to renew by telephone is painful at best. I understand that there are legal points and requirements in place that need to be run through with new business but, once the security criteria have been met please remember that I am ringing to renew my insurance, I have previously been made aware of the penalties that are punishable by death or worse, should I fail to mention or disclose something material to the insurance. If I did not agree with this then I would not have agreed it last time and I certainly would not be renewing with you this time.
Also only three people in the classic insurance desk ! Really? 6 minutes on hold to be cut off does dot make for a happy customer
