Not heard of the company before joining. Was with MCE for my previous policy and they failed to upgrade my policy when I bought my big bike after passing. After numerous quotes lexham came back cheapest every time. Rang up to double check with and get assurances about the policy. Advisor was great, pleasant, clear, polite and overall a pleasure to deal with. Call was quick without being rushed. Everything about policy was explained an time given to soak it up and think. Policy fits my needs, price is in my opinion excellent and unable to be matched let alone beaten. I had not heard of or used lexham before taking out this policy but I will be sure to recommend and use again.
