I used the phone to arrange my insurance, 3ven though I'd looked for it on line.
I've had a few hidden extras when bought insurance using the internet.
At the time of writing everything quoted to me on line and by phone seems to be going ok.
first time in years.
explanation was pretty clear and I could query anythingquoted to me.
