Apart from your website, I had no issues. The website would not allow me to purchase my policy, so it had to be done over the phone. I really cannot see the point of having a website that does not allow customers to buy products when the claim is that it is possible. All operators were very pleasant and professional and I was impressed at the efficiency of your team.
If the website worked, I would have ticked very good.
