The first lady I spoke to was doing a hard sell on extras and appeared to be implying I was rather stupid for not taking them, however the lady I spoke to when I couldn't find the email confirming the insurance was one of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever dealt with. I'm just sorry I didn't make a note of her name so I could have given her a personal mention.
