Initially gave a very good quote, but after paying the premium phoned me up and claimed that I'd failed to disclose an accident I'd had previously, even though I had and it was fully detailed on their own paperwork. The paperwork that they sent back to me had various mistakes on it and they didn't believe the proof of NCB from my previous insurer.
Overall, I'm not sure if they're trying to screw me for an additional premium or are simply incompetent. Doesn't inspire confidence either way.
