Everyone I have spoken to at Lexham Insurance has been excellent, they are very helpful and knowledgeable about the service they are offering. I received my documents in the post the next day after I joined the 'cycling rescue' at the cycle show. However only time will tell whether I do actually get the 'cycle rescue' service I have paid for, hopefully if I do ever need it it will be as efficient as the 'sales' people are. Sadly insurance usually is excellent at the point of 'buying' but rarely as good at the point of 'claim'. Time will tell, but so far so good. I have told many cyclist's about this new cycle rescue service, I really do wish Lexham Insurance well.
