The telephone service , though a trifle exhaustive in the detail, was warmly and reassuringly delivered. It was also impressive that the girl who answered the phone initially intended to connect me with someone whose task was to handle my renewal, and when no one answered the phone, she did it hereself, rather than pass me on.
