I took out a cycle recovery policy with Lexham Insurance in 2019. I found their call centre staff excellent in every respect and the policy was set up quickly and the documents e mailed to me within a short time frame. Whilst I have not needed to make a claim on the policy I am confident they would good if I needed to ring the emergency number. The product is good value and sets out in a clear way what service you can expect in the event of a breakdown.
