Was told that I could have the insurance paperwork e mailed to me - waited 2 days then sent an e mail saying it hadn't arrived. Reply e mail said I could not have a copy be e mail and had been misinformed.
When I actually got the paperwork I phoned Lexham to query if the policy was correct as it stated £100.70 as the premium and I had paid £165.70 I was told that £65 was for administration. For a 65% premium on top of the policy price I would have expected a better service - if not having the documents e mailed to me than at least a courtesy phone call to say a mistake had been made in the information given to me.
