I couldn't complete the quote process on their website due to "technical difficulties" on the site so I called them up and answered a few questions on the phone. The whole process was stupidly smooth. They also don't try and push a hard sell for all the little add-ons like some companies will try and do; they just make you aware and that's it which is refreshing. Obviously I've not had to make a claim with them yet so I can't vouch for that but the whole process of getting cover was incredibly straightforward. UK call-centre as well and the guy I spoke to was really friendly but not in that awkward way - you know what I mean!
