Overall, a decent company to deal with.
Marked down for the fact that I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes when trying to purchase insurance and then when I did get through, the process was unbearably slow.
Beware of the regular offers for add ons to your policy though
That being said, very easy website to use, the staff were friendly, and a decent price.
