Overall I am very pleased with my order, so its a 5 out of 5 for the quality of the product ordered, the price, the delivery team and the installation team. Liberty Games as the front end Sales team get 3 out of 5 I'm afraid reflecting that they have more work to do to manage expectations with the client from the perspective of an accurate picture of delivery timescales - an easy one to fix fortunately, just need a joined up dialogue between Sales and Delivery.
