From ordering to delivery, everything was OK. Kept informed of delivery via courier. Delivery came sooner than expected but that was good. Item came flat packed thankfully with no damage. Assembly took a while and definitely needed 4 persons to lift and turn pool table over. Happy with purchase so decided to buy a second game table for my kids game room.
