Ordering was easy, arranging the delivery was easy, the only reason I have given 4 stars is that the company’s delivery drivers do not “do stairs” when they deliver. Apparently this is in the small print but I hadn’t spotted it and actually would probably not have ordered it if I had realised. There must be very few houses that have no steps to be negotiated!!!
