When originally ordered the snooker table was out of stock, and it took a long time to get in stock. I appreciate this was not really Liberty Games' fault and is the only reason that I have not rated the service as excellent. Apart from that, the service has been excellent. The description of the product was detailed and accurate. Service and support have also been excellent. Delivery was OK. People delivering the product didn't allow us any time to check whether the product was damaged in any way. The product was all in good condition but if it had have been damaged in any way it would have created lots of problems and costs for us in returning it, which we really didn't need.
