The arcade game was not delivered on the day promised. The pool table took a lot of communication back and forth and an extra charge. This was not disclosed on ordering, even though I specified that it would be located on the third floor. We are happy with the actual products, but considering the amount of money we spent, I anticipated a more bespoke service. We are likely to order outdoor table tennis in the spring. I am happy to speak to representative. My Tuesday order of two items came several days later than promised.
