Easy to order. Free delivery. Only issue was we have a multi-games table which weighed 150kg and we live on a hill with 3 steps down to our house. They said they don't do steps and that it was clear on the website. However, it only says "delivery to ground floor only". It was the ground floor so you could argue it either way. Ultimately it all worked out ok but it did cause a little angst at the time.
