This is my second purchase from Liberty Games. I recieved the same excellent customer experience as with my first purcahse - a high quality product and good updates as to when the product will be delivered and personalised calls to explain progress - yes, I spoke to a real person, more than once! The only reason that I haven't scored this as 5 stars is because it took quite a while for the product to be delviered. This is due ot the fact that you are working with a real business and so they have to manage deliveries to locations in batches to make it efficient for them, which is also good for the environment, by the way! Personally, I think that the delay is a price worth paying to support a UK business that really cares about customer service.
